Tony leads strategy formulation and execution for Access while providing oversight to all aspects of operations, growth, and shared services. Prior to his appointment as CEO in November 2023, Tony was the CFO for Access, with broad responsibilities for finance, accounting, real estate, and procurement. Tony is a seasoned senior executive with prior experience as the CFO of Brightview, a national services business, and in senior financial roles with CapitalSource, The Advisory Board, and The Corporate Executive Board. Tony began his career in the audit group of KPMG after graduating from Boston College with a BS in Accounting and Computer Science.

John Chendo

As President of Access, John leads the company’s corporate development and acquisition team. Prior to joining the Access executive team full-time in 2009, John was a Principal at Housatonic Partners and has served on the board of directors for Access since co-founding the business in 2004. John has 20 years of financial management and acquisition experience, including management roles in software and services industries, private equity investing, and investment banking. John also serves on the boards of the records and information management companies OASIS Group of Europe and ZircoDATA of Australia, as well as Mercury Roadways, an outsourced logistics business. John spent ten years as a director at ProService, a human resource administration outsourcing company, guiding the company through its private equity sale in 2017. John also serves on the Advisory Board of the Department of Industrial Engineering & Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, his alma mater.

Brad Powers

Brad is responsible for leading the enterprise operations and service delivery teams at Access. He brings over 15 years of records and information management experience and has held operational leadership roles at Access for the past 8 years. Prior to the records and information management industry, Brad held operational leadership roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry for 19 years, including 17 years as a founder and president of an engineering and manufacturing firm. Brad holds an MS in Engineering Operations and a BS in Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.

Matt Hillery

Matt leads digital strategy and the information management and governance solutions teams for Access. He is a dynamic technology strategist with over 30 years of experience in enterprise software, professional services and information management. Matt has served in key technical, management and executive roles within large corporations and several technology start-ups. Prior to joining Access, Matt was the founding CTO for an industry-leading, cloud-based information governance platform. Under his leadership, the platform was acquired by a global public company where he helped scale the technology across the customer base. Matt holds a B.S. in Business from University of Vermont.

William Prate

In his role as Chief Financial Officer at Access, William leads a high-performing team responsible for global finance, real estate, and pricing strategies. William’s professional journey is marked by a rich array of experiences in a variety of roles and industries, encompassing both small and large public and private equity-owned companies, including Target Corporation, Summit Orthopedics, and Tennant Company.

William holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Economics. Outside of his professional life, he cherishes moments of adventure through travel, expresses his creativity in woodworking, and finds joy in quality family time.

Brian Greene

Prior to joining Access, Brian previously served in senior legal leadership roles in both private and public companies across healthcare, medical device, and commercial products industries. Doug Hoffer

An accomplished HR executive with over 30 years of experience building and retaining best-in-class teams, Doug provides HR leadership across all talent strategy activities globally. Prior to joining Access, he held various HR leadership roles at a variety of healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense organizations.

Doug holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a B.A in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Ted Kenney

Ted leads the company’s digital transformations and customer-centric business process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Ted has extensive experience leading ERP/CRM migrations, large-scale contact center migrations, and marketing digital transformation initiatives. He is proficient in partnering IT and business leadership to build and successfully execute strategic roadmaps expediting corporate objectives using data analytics. Prior to joining Access, Ted was responsible for the design and implementation of a multi-year strategic roadmap for Wolters Kluwer Health consolidating 3 business units onto Salesforce.com. Additionally, as CIO, he oversaw a global technology organization, inclusive of Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Warehouse, Project Management Office, Quality Assurance, and Integrations for Grand Circle Travel. He has led similar projects for LoJack Corporation, KPMG Consulting, and Cambridge Technology Partners. Ted is a graduate of Bryant College with a BS in Computer Information Systems and Finance.

Rita Parker

With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning DEI, Operations, Service, Sales, and Account Management across multiple industries, Rita’s work ensures that Access remains a dynamic and inclusive environment for all employees.

Rita’s career includes senior leadership roles at Access and major organizations such as Iron Mountain, Harland Clarke (Vericast), and Verizon. Her expertise in transforming culture and driving profitability has been instrumental in fostering positive change across organizations. Rita holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree from Mercer University in Georgia and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
